Sounds simple enough....??? But in simple terms Tiger Woods has hit the nail on the head! Or shall we say nailed the driver right on the sweet spot with that one! The golf swing indeed is all about body rotation and in the correct sequence of motion to develop power and swing the club consistently with solid contact and accuracy. So if it's so easy, why is the game so hard? Why do so many struggle to break 100, 90 and achieve their golf goals? The ball is not moving, our opponents are not trying to body check or tackle us! But for the average golfer the turning and pivoting is a hard motion, most don't have the mobility and flexibility to be able to turn and pivot freely and correctly. This makes it very difficult to move the body in the correct sequence of motion which makes it almost impossible to swing the club on plane.
