His message here is  - The golf swing is played from the ground up!

Your feet, legs, pelvis and core are the engine!

Keep the engine tuned up and your golf will be easier, more consistent and powerful.

In lesson below we demonstrate a very simple and effective exercise we call "Block Squats" to engage and strengthen your feet, legs and core.

This will help improve your golf swing, and help your fitness and balance off the course as well!

Balance and core strength is very important, on and off the course, and even more so as we age to maintain enjoyment of our golf and prevent injuries from slips and falls!
