April 12, 2022

It wasn’t that long ago that "over fifty" meant you were old!

It was commonly accepted that once we hit fifty and beyond we were going to get more aches, more pains, a shorter backswing and just play worse golf!

Golfers as they age lose mobility, the body pivot becomes restricted, the swings get shorter and slower, shots become more erratic and the courses just seem to get longer.

Well…it doesn't have to be that way!

The answer is simple...keep moving…stay mobile.

A little movement everyday goes a long long way to feeling good and keeping that swing fluid, smooth and consistent! And it will help keep you young!

Today we have two simple, effective practice drills for you that not only improve your body pivot and turn, but at the same time groove a consistent effective swing motion!

Imagine making a free easy turn every time you play, keeping your swing fluid and smooth, so you can hit the ball long and true!

To your best golf,
